27th Sunday of the Year CHURCH NOTICES Sunday 5th October 2025
1. Our Monday evening devotions continue as usual with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 6.30pm. This is followed at 7pm by Rosary, Novena Prayers and Benediction.
2. The annual Rosary Sunday appeal for the support of our Dominican students takes place at all Masses today. For those who would like to make a donation online the relevant QR code is available on display on the poster at the back.
3. Next Tuesday is the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary and is a day of special devotion. Mass at the usual time of 10am
4. The Bus for our Dominican pilgrimage to Knock on Sunday next the 12th of Oct is now full. We would ask anyone who has yet to complete their payment to call to the Parish Office this coming week to do so. The Bus will leave at 8.30am sharp and arrive in Knock at 12.30pm.
5. St Maelruain’s Church of Ireland are hosting a Harvest Songs of Praise celebration on Sunday 12th October followed by a harvest supper and you are invited to attend.
6. Thank you to all who contribute weekly to the Church Envelope Collection by way of Envelope or Standing Order to the Bank. We appeal to every family to lend their support. If you do not already have a box of envelopes, there are some available at the back of the Church. If you follow our Mass on the webcam we appeal to your generosity to consider making a donation by using the Donate Button on the St Aengus Parish website. Thank you.
