Göteborgs Handels- och Sjöfartstidning 1 March 1915 reports the names of those who disappeared with Mary.
The crew was almost entirely Swedish, with the exception of sailor F. Antonsen from Norway. There were two women on board. According to the nameplate on the monument that was not uncommon on steamships at this time.
It would be interesting to hear if any descendants of the crew members can shed some light on the fate of Mary. However, only four of the eighteen were married, so I cannot expect a whole bunch of descendants. But there can be surprises. I have been contacted by a descendent of Agnes Olsson who is listed as "single" but did have a child. He told an interesting story about Agnes, but unfortunately did not know any further details about Mary.
