12. Prices (Apartment prices)

We do not want to build a business in secrets, which of course does not mean that customer information is not confidential.

Possession of a building permit, technical requirements, as well as information about our company - they are not a secret.

Full price is 2730 € per m2.

If you buy in advance (95% + 5%), price is 2457 € per m2 (plus 5% discount, ie. 2.334€ per m2)

If you buy in advance, but pay in parts (30% + 30% + 35% + 5%), price is 2539 € per m2 (plus 5% discount, ie. 2.412€ per m2)

To all given prices taxes should be added.

What do you get for the money (except for flat)?

You get:
