How anions acts in the body?
When breathing, anions from the air enter into the lungs. In the bronchi (breathing tubes) they stimulate the cilias, which are normally located on the bronchial mucosa. That "carpet" of the cilias is responsible for cleaning lungs from all dirty particles. Thus anions strongly contribute to the functionality of healthy and especially damaged and diseased lungs.
When the anions migrate from the lungs into the blood, they binds to hemoglobin and oxygen, and influence one enzyme (cytochrome oxidase) that participate in the process of creating energy in the cells, so that there is a general improvement of the functions of all organs, especially the brain (psyche), nerves, cardiovascular and immune systems.
Interestingly, in experimental conditions, being in very high concentrations of anions stimulates brain and increases wakefulness.
Anions enable increased flow of energy to the body organs, which lead to better condition of our body as a whole.
