Spa Joshanica is located 16 km away from Sokobanya. Health tourism is based on the use of the mineral water and mud. There are 5 mineral resources in the resort: water sulfur, iron I and II, the stomach and red water. These waters belong to the group of oligo-alcal mineral hypothermal waters, with temperatures from 18 to 22 ° C.
