The policy of selling and risk management are closely linked.

Price for 1m2 of terrace is 50% of the price of 1m2 apartment.
If the project is worth 16.612.000 €, this means that the price is 2.730 € per m2 per unit.
To this price, state tax of 8% should be added, so that the final price should be 2.948,40 € per m2.
If 30% of the apartments is sold in advance, with discounts of 10% (or 2457 € per m2 without tax), around 750.000 € can be saved - price of the money.
In addition, 30% of sales in advance confirms the importance of the project. Without the sale of 30%, the construction process should not begun.
If the customer pays the cost in parts (so that the buyer has a 7% discount), then:
- 30% of price upon signing up the contract
- 30% to begin work
- 35% when the roof is finished
- 5% to hand over the keys to the apartment
If construction has commenced, then the 10% discount is no longer valid. Also, in this case, a discount of 7% is not applyed for 30% + 30% of the value (it is valid for the remaining 35% + 5%).
If the roof is finished, the discount is not valid.
Special discounts may be offered to the seller depending on their accomplishment.
