Giving Thanks

ALL BEESThe production of the HIVE was made possible by the production contributions, and financial investment of each BEE in the HIVE with each effort being valued equally and equally necessary! The 12 companies in tonight’s program each had their own set of production tasks and each invested $150 in production costs. We are coming out in the black with the production and the net revenues will be divided amongst participating groups.  Additional support has come from our fabulous volunteer bees the day of!  THANK YOU Bees! ARTBARK INTERNATIONAL ArtBark’s organizational and creative work is funded in part by the ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Program using funds provided by the City of Santa Barbara in partnership with the Santa Barbara County Arts Commission. ArtBark International contributed over 200 hours of organizational efforts to the HIVE project and the HIVE thanks ArtBark for doing such a great job at overseeing the flow of the production process. MOTION THEATER DANCE COMPANY

In addition to all of the production tasks carried out by Motion Theater Dance Company, this organization served as the 501 (c) 3 umbrella for the 2014 HIVE production of BUZZ. Motion Theater Dance Company also managed the insurance component of this evenings production. This occurred through purchasing a $500 fiscal sponsorship package through the Santa Barbara Dance Alliance. Motion Theater Dance Company's insurance production efforts are in cooperation, or under the auspices of, the Santa Barbara Dance Alliance and the HIVE thanks this wonderful organization for supporting dance in our community!

SELAH DANCE COLLECTIVE

Very big shout out to SELAH Dance Collective for donating technical support to the production, an approximate $1000 value for both designing the lights (thank you Meredith!) and serving as Stage Manager (thank you Ian!)
