PRESS RELEASES
Week of September 8th: Send Noelle (LA region), Stephen(SB region), and Ruth (Bay area) reminders that press releases should go out no later than September 22nd. Ask that you be bcc’d on the correspondence so you can keep track. Once they’ve completed their task post to the HIVE facebook page. All of our press releases our out and give praise and kuddos in the hive to those who made it happen.
LISTINGS
Week of September 8th: Send Melissa Block a reminder that listings need to be out to SB region no later than September 15th and to please include sending to the Santa Barbara Dance Alliance. Ask that she send you a note when she is complete. When she is post to the HIVE facebook page that Santa Barbara listings are up and give kuddos to Melissa for getting this done.
PROGRAM INFORMATION FORM, TECH FORM
Week of September 29th
Give all artists a heads up that their program information, link to the final draft of their work, and tech form are due October 10th at 5:00 pm and give them the links (on the www.theopenhive.com). Check the forms October 11th and see who has not given them information. Send them a note with URGENT in the header and let them know that information is past due. Once all the information is up send Weslie an email and let her know that all the program information is in. Once this is done post to the HIVE facebook page thanking artists for getting their program and tech information in and thanking Weslie for working on the program.
COMP FORM
Week of October 27th
Give all artists the link to the comp form and indicate that it is due Friday October 3st at 5:00 pm, one comp per group. If they don’t get it in by then, they lose their chance of a free ticket.
