NOTES FOR NEXT TIME
Artists don't leave the area until they are done with tech (to keep flow going - or, be around an hour ahead of time)
Have choreographers confirm individually - one email - that they have read the day of process and know EVERYONE needs to be there at the opening
Make an announcement of nobody getting into the audience from the wings
Give the theater a list of all equipment that will be needed the day of performance (mics, video projector, feed for the videographer to patch into the video)
Ask Brad how long it takes to break down after the tech
