The Hive presents its 1st Performance Opportunity

Be a part of the lively swarm and be a part of progressive grass roots change!
Open to performers from San Diego to Santa Cruz. One 20 minute musical pre-show slot open. 10 slots for dance, performance art, physical theater, spoken word. Seeking works between 5-9 minutes in length.
The Hive seeks performers interested in developing a sustainable production model where performers engage not only in the creative process but share production costs with the potential to earn back the production fee back through ticket sales and crowd funding. Participation requires contributing to the production process (marketing via social media, hanging one flyer, recruiting volunteers, pre-sale of tickets through crowd fund drive). $150 production fee. Professional video documentation included in cost.
