Personal Definition
Technology must be managed. It takes strong leaders to ensure students are using technology in a way that protects them. Teachers must be good role models and teach students how to be safe when using any type of technology. The technology tools available to people today make it very easy to communicate. Students need to learn how to work with others that are not necessarily in the same room of them.

RWLD for Entrepreneurship Lesson Plan
4.0.1- Demonstrate leadership attributes with individuals and groups.
Our group worked very well together. We each took charge of a section of our final project that we felt comfortable with but also had great collaboration to make sure we were creating a lesson that was student-centric. I helped to make sure that things were getting done on time.

Distance Education
Creating a How-To Video Using Jing Unit Plan
4.0.1- Demonstrate leadership attributes with individuals and groups (e.g. interpersonal skills, group dynamics, team building).
The students will have several opportunities to demonstrate their leadership attributes. They will have several discussion threads where they will need to discuss with their classmates the need for tutorials as well as create a survey to send to the teachers. After the results come back, the students will need to decide which technology tool they will demonstrate to meet the needs of the teachers. Once the tutorials are completed, several students will need to volunteer to start the website that will house the tutorials. The rest of the students will be held accountable to upload their tutorial and other materials they may have created.
Delivery System Management:
4.3.1- Apply delivery system management techniques in various learning and training contexts.
As the teacher, I will manage the Google Site website for the class. The students will know to email me if they are having issues with any of the software and I will get back to them in 24 hours. The tutorial website the students create will also need to be monitored to make sure it works when teachers try to access it.
Information System Management:
4.4.1- Apply information management techniques in various learning and training contexts.
I will keep track of the discussion the students are having and encourage more thought if needed. I will need to make sure all the tutorials are working once the students have them uploaded to their website and will ask for feedback from the teachers to see how useful the tutorials are.
