Quote from Gary...
"In 1993, we had been on tour supporting Pathogenic Ocular Dissonance and had just returned to Los Angeles. We were tired but we had a show in a Hollywood club a couple days later. I remember ripping through our first song with our new singer Luke Easter. Before the 2nd song started I looked across the room and standing in the back, by the bar was the great Bill Metoyer. I was so happy. The guy’s busy…but he turned up for us. We are so excited and thankful that Bill is producing this new record. "
Things are still progressing on the new album, but there's nothing too much to report at present. Gary did just post this though (it's in reference to his cat 'Bunny' who was sitting in one of his slippers).
"Bunny has been in the studio watching dad doing vocals, and she stole my slippers…" So, obviously Gary is currently working on doing his vocals. Not sure if Luke and Guy have done all theirs as of yet.
Gary just posted that Erik will be a guest on the new album. So he'll probably be playing on a couple of songs, but not be an official member.
Gary just posted that Erik and himself are working on new songs. He didn't say they were working together on new Tourniquet songs, but given that a new Tourniquet album is hopefully coming out in the future, then there's a high(ish) possibility that Erik will be on the new album. Good news, if that's true.
Here's the full concert from start to finish!
Here's the set list. At the moment of typing the first 3 songs are up on YouTube, and the last 3 songs are on Facebook. Hopefully the whole concert will be uploaded at some point. So, just give it a while and then go do some searching. Of what I've heard (all 6 songs) they all sound great!
First few videos have come through. Here's Phantom Limb.
Tourniquet have just finished a concert at the BMI Event Centre. I haven't seen any videos as yet, but here's a picture of 3 of the guys, just before the event.
The interview with Gary has just had a tiny update. On the original post it said in 2025 (after the album is released) they will be doing concerts. Now they have changed it to 2026. Still, it may be a delay, but that doesn't matter. Great music is on the way!
"We’re currently focusing on our new record, and we plan to do more concerts in 2025 after the record is released. "
New interview with Gary Lenaire has just surfaced from www.delotroladometal.com.ar.
Interesting parts of the interview are as follows...
“We are working on a new record. Bill Metoyer is set to produce it.”Â
"...the new record is very Pathogenic in sound!”Â
“We are focusing on this (Tourniquet) band now. It’s possible that FLOOD will reunite in the future.”Â
"We’re currently focusing on our new record, and we plan to do more concerts in 2025 after the record is released. "
Gary posted another message on Facebook...
We are recording... #TourniquetÂ
Also, on his own Facebook page he posted a possible idea for the next album cover.
Gary posted another message on Facebook...
What if we do a new record with Bill Metoyer producing our PATHOGENIC sound? #TourniquetÂ
Gary just posted this...
So another post to suggest a new Touniquet album is on the way!
Gary has just posted on facebook "Listening to the new tracks taking shape… ", and then someone asked if it was Stop The Bleeding, or Tourniquet. Gary replied with a Tourniquet picture, so that means new Tourniquet songs coming up at some point. Awesome!!!!
Stop The Bleeding will be playing at the Light The Dark concert in Sweden on the 28-29th March. I don't think that Guy will be there, but the rest of the band should be.
Regarding the news posted yesterday (below), it seems that we now have an answer as to what "We're Back #Tourniquet" actually means. The Metal Onslaught news site has posted that "The incarnation of Stop The Bleeding is now officially recognized as Tourniquet. " So it seems that Tourniquet has been resurrected and hopefully a new album will be in the works at some point. Probably really early days, and may even just refer to STB doing concerts with the Tourniquet name. Again, we'll just have to wait and see. What it probably does mean at the least is that Luke, Gary and Guy will be singing more on stage, and using the name Tourniquet for all future shows.
Gary just posted "We're Back #Tourniquet". Quite what that means is up for debate. It could be that Luke and others from Tourniquet are getting back together with Gary and Guy and doing a new album. Or it could reference that maybe there's going to be some more STB concerts with more songs done. There is an unfinished Tourniquet song (maybe more) that Ted was working on for their next album before his untimely death. Maybe they're going to be recording that. No one really knows, but we'll keep out eyes peeled to see if we can work out what's going on. If Tourniquet is back, then that will probably mean Flood will stop, which is sad, because I loved the two albums they've done so far. However, who am I to complain! Both Flood and Tourniquet were/are awesome, so anything new from the guys will be worth waiting for!Â

Guy, Gary, Luke and the rest of the Stop The Bleeding tribute band have just finished their set list at Immortal Fest. Hopefully the complete set will be posted on YouTube at some point. Below is a picture of the team!
New interview with Gary, and in it he states that a new album is in the works and should be released in 2025!
Just found a list of who wrote what song (see my quiz below!)Â Here's the answers, and if I got them right or wrong.
1 - Ripped Into Exile - GARY definitely. CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
2 - Autopside Atheism - GARY definitely. CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
3 - Burial - GUY definitely. CORRECT! GUY wrote this one!!!!
4 - Dreamt - GARY definitely. CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
5 - Darwin's Missing Chimp - GARY pretty sure, but wouldn't be suprised if it was GUY. CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
6 - Others - GARY definitely (although I could tell that by the image hint below on the 26th March) CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
7 - Can't Undo - GUY definitely. CORRECT! GUY wrote this one!!!!
8 - Punk This - GARY definitely. CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
9 - In An Ancient Time - GARY definitely WRONG! GUY wrote this one!!!!
10 - Zero Hour - GARY definitely. CORRECT! GARY wrote this one!!!!
3 for Guy 7 for Gary and I got one wrong.
I've listened to all the tracks now, and can say that it absolutely slays! Brilliant album (again) and will no doubt be my album of the year. Whitecross, All For The King and Motivik have got some top stuff coming out, but I don't see them being able to top my favourite vocalist! Anyway, I've decided (for a laugh) to try and guess who wrote the lyrics to each song, based on content and style. So here's my guesses...
1 - Ripped Into Exile - GARY definitely
2 - Autopside Atheism - GARY definitely
3 - Burial - GUY definitely
4 - Dreamt - GARY deifnitely
5 - Darwin's Missing Chimp - GARY pretty sure, but wouldn't be suprised if it was GUY
6 - Others - GARY definitely (although I could tell that by the image hint below on the 26th March)
7 - Can't Undo - GUY definitely
8 - Punk This - GARY definitely
9 - In An Ancient Time - GARY definitely
10 - Zero Hour - GARY definitely
2 for Guy 8 for Gary sounds about right.
Ripped From Exile is the name of the new album! And all 10 tracks are up on YouTube!
1 - Ripped Into Exile
2 - Autopside Atheism
3 - Burial
4 - Dreamt
5 - Darwin's Missing Chimp
6 - Others
7 - Can't Undo
8 - Punk This
9 - In An Ancient Time
10 - Zero Hour
Release day is tomorrow, and there will be a special release party on youtube. It's being posted on boonesoverstock website. Also, Gary posted a little bit of the cover, which looks interesting.
Two of the ten tracks are listed, and look like they'll possibly be tracks 3 and 4?...
3 - ? MISSING CHIMP
4 - OTHERS (written by Gary Lenaire)
From the front cover, it looks like the cover could be a chimp, so maybe it's connected to the Chimp track?
As a pure guess, I'm going to say that Missing Chimp is written by Guy Ritter, and that there are at least 2 words before Missing Chimp, as in the image you can't see who wrote it, meaning there must be more words before 'Missing'
Confirmed release date is 27th March 2024. So time to get excited! Also there is a hint that the album could be called EXILE...
News from the FLOOD facebook page...
Metalheads, FLOOD is planning to launch its 2nd record within [60] days! Rumors there are 10 songs, no instrumentals. It could be Guy Ritter’s greatest performance.Â
Here's the logo for the Stop The Bleeding, tribute band, which will performing next year (see news below)
Guy hasn't really done any live gigs for years, I'm actually not sure if he did any in his Echo Hollow days, so here's some big news... Gary has just posted that the Original Tourniquet members Guy Ritter, Gary Lenaire, and Luke Easter are scheduled to perform as “STOP THE BLEEDING” [The Tourniquet Tribute] at Immortal Festival in Ohio July 27, 2024. I'm sure that will bring in lots of fans to the festival, because that's going to be an incredibly rare performance.
Poster below shows who's performing at the festival, and the 1 more band to be announced IS "STOP THE BLEEDING!"
Been a bit quiet for a while, but news just in today...
Bill Metoyer is putting the final touches on the new FLOOD record. A release date impends…Â
Latest news from Gary...The “Passage Studio” is now complete. I’ve started mixing the new FLOOD record as Guy Ritter finishes his vocals.
So things are getting closer, although I guess as we're half way through 2023 and things tend to take longer than first thought (when it comes to music) I would think it would be out the mid way through 2024. Generally I try and guess when an album will be released, and I always get it wrong by at least six months. So, because I orginally thought it would be out this year, I reckon mid or even late 2024 could be more accurate. Not too bothered about that, as it shows that 2024 is going to be epic, and we've had (or having) some great albums out this year. (Disciple, Bride, Whitecross, Theocracy, Stairway, All For The King etc.)
Well, I clearly got the Feb - May release date completely wrong! Latest is that it will be out sometime this year, although there is a sneaking chance that it will push in to 2024. So, I'm hoping for the end of the year, but we'll have to wait and see.
The Metal Onslaught Online Magazine has just posted that the new album is almost complete. I'm guessing it's going to be February/March time, but could possibly push in to April/May. Not sure really, so we'll just have to wait and see. No samples have been posted, but keep checking back here and I'll let you all know when any are released.
A little bit of sad news is that Erik Mendez isn't involved in the second album. Not sure who is going to take over from him, or whether Gary is going to just do all the guitars.
Another update from Gary about the second album...
FLOOD is finishing production on its sophomore record. Guy Ritter and I are tracking vocals now. The pipes have never belted so strong!!! Get ready…Â
Yet more comments from Gary...
"Guy Ritter and I have already tabled 4 songs in preparation for the new FLOOD record and we are still over 10 tracks in production. We are very inspired and have never been so diligent. All I can say is never give up on your gift, your vocation—there are souls in the balance."
Picture of "East Coast FLOOD HQ"!!!
More comments from Gary...
"There is a zone that Guy Ritter and I get in when writing/recording a record. I can tell you this: the 2nd FLOOD record is PSYCHO!!! "
After so many years of nothing (on the Guy Ritter front), there's some new exciting news that's just come in from Gary. Here's the quote direct from Gary's Facebook account...
FLOOD entered the studio in March 2022. We have an exciting announcement for the next record. In the meantime, TURN IT UP!
So, although in the interview with HM they did mention that the 2nd album is being recorded, it looks like things are continuing at a pace and that can only be a good thing.
Guy and Gary have just given an indepth interview with Heaven's Metal (you can read it on the interviews page on this site. Interesting comment was this...
"The next step for FLOOD is the 2nd record. We are already recording it! Live shows can happen when (if) the pandemic stuff goes away. "
The Polarized album is selling really well, which is great news!
Album is available to buy from Boonesoverstock. Below is the track DESIGN. Sounds incredible. Here's the track listing, and comments from Gary Lenaire on each track...
In 2020, Gary Lenaire and Guy Ritter formed the band FLOOD. Polarized soon began to take shape as the debut record. With influences from their past sounds, FLOOD moves into the future with modern rhythmic, tonal and lyrical innovation.
“Design” opens the record. The song explores the breathtaking plan of God and man.
“War in the Sky” is an apocalyptic vision of spiritual warfare.
“Darfur” conveys the tragic reality of genocide. Originally posted as a demo years ago, FLOOD recorded the song as it was originally intended to be.
The title track takes a close look through a spiritual phoropter at cultural and religious differences and the problem of despising those who hold other views.
“My Last Ride” gives us a heart breaking first-hand account of a family pet in abandonment.
“Freeloading Larceny” (Freedom Fading) laments the breaking down of a free society.
“Stop The Bleeding” was originally released in 2017. The new recording demonstrates FLOOD’s massive, headbanging sound.
Instrumentals: “The Four Seasons (Summer)”, “In Remission”, “The Order of Melchizedek”
Track Names:
Design
War In The Sky
The Four Seasons (Instrumental)
Darfur (re-recorded from demo)
Polarized
Biotech Babylon
In Remission (Instrumental)
My Last Ride
Freeloading Larceny
The Order Of Melchizedek (Instrumental)
Stop The Bleeding (re-recorded from Gary's last album)
Album cover has been revealed, and they have posted a preview of the music too!
Just been confirmed that... FLOOD Debut Record Release January 1, 2022. I would presume that would be just the digital release, and the CD will turn up (hopefully) later on. Keep checking back here for any news.
The website has just changed, and the countdown has returned!
The new FLOOD record is mastered.Â
The website has just changed, and the countdown has gone. It has been replaced with the following...
FLOOD is a Metal band comprised of accomplished artists innovating forward thinking compositions with calculated, symphonic precision. Their melodically powerful music and vivid lyrics span the dystopian, apocalyptic, and socially relevant mindscape. The debut FLOOD record will be released in 2022.
Guy Ritter: Vocals
Gary Lenaire: Guitars, Vocals
Erik Mendez: Guitars
Anna Sentina: Bass
David Husvik: Drums
The Flood website (https://www.floodofficial.com) says 32 days to go. Doesn't say what to. Could be a big announcement, or the online concert, or the date of the album release! So, something big is going to happen on 1st January 2022!
More exciting news just in... "Working with Bill Metoyer again is spectacular. I couldn’t imagine anyone else putting the final touches on the debut FLOOD record. " Bill was involved in many of the previous Tourniquet records (producer, engineering, mixing).Â
No real news, but Gary has posted that Erik shreds on the new album!
Gary has just announced that they will be doing a live concert on 1st January 2022 on Facebook. Not sure who's going to be in it, whether it will be the full band or just Gary and Guy. We'll have to just wait and see.
Band name is announced by none other than Michael Sweet! Also they have a new website to go along with it...
https://www.floodofficial.com/
News just in from Gary Lenaire...
In the final phases of the debut record’s mix. I’m reminded today that it took Guy and I two years to define the TQT sound in Los Angeles from 1987-1989. This time, this band, it took 18 months. Occasionally I wanted to move it along quicker but that isn’t how we work. Patience (and a seasoned sense of humor) has served us. This music is truly our offering to God. May those who need to hear it…hear it LOUD!Â
News just in from Gary Lenaire...
The mix has started! Soon our name will be revealed (revealed by a special person). We are so excited to be bringing this music to all of you. What started out as a “reunion” became an all new band with a very familiar HEAVY, forward sound! God willing, we will deliver multiple records. We are already writing songs for the sophomore release!Â
More news just in from Gary Lenaire...
The debut record is almost recorded and will soon enter the mixing phase. A sneak peek into some of the inspiration:
“After the sixty-two sevens, the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing. The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed” -Daniel 9:26
News just in from Gary Lenaire...
This GUY fronts a new band...he has never screamed better...!
Okay, so we knew that already! But it's interesting to read that he's 'screaming', so it's going to be metal all the way! That's good to know. Nothing's been mentioned about a release date, but I reckon it could be late autumn, maybe even spring next year. The excitment is building!
News just in from Gary Lenaire...
OK, some new record stuff: 1. It’s a new band with original members. 2. It’s Metal...and more Metal. 3. Bill Metoyer is mixing the record. 4. Gonna be released on vinyl, CD, digital and 8-track. ok, no 8-track...Â
People have asked who Anna Sentina is, so here's some information from wikipedia...
Anna Sentina (born September 16, 1994) is an American musician, multi-instrumentalist, best known for her work as a session bass guitarist, live performer and YouTube celebrity. She has performed around the U.S. at venues such as the world-famous Whisky a Go Go, the Viper Room, the Mint, SOMA San Diego, the Hard Rock Café and the House of Blues. In 2012, Sentina started a YouTube music channel that as of October 2015 has over 21 million views.
Just had a quick chat with Luke Easter, and he said that he's not on the new album (which is a shame, as that would have been awesome to hear Guy and Luke singing with Gary). But it's not all bad news. It looks like Gary and Luke will be doing some music in the future. So, what that does mean is we get even more music! Hurrah!
More news just in. On Gary's facebook he's posted who will be in the band.
Vocals/Guitars - Gary Lenaire
Vocals - Guy Ritter
Guitars - Anna Sentina (Bass guitar)
Guitars - Erik Mendez
Drums - David Husvik (Extol)
Not too sure what's happened to Luke, as I was really looking forward to hearing him on the album (especially if he does a song or two with Guy). Maybe he'll just be on one song?
On the post Gary also commented that the album is 80% done. So that's good news!
The band name for the Gary / Guy etc. band has been chosen. From Gary's website...
In September 2020, Lenaire and Ritter founded a new Metal band, name forthcoming.
So, just to recap, here's what we think we know so far...
Band Name - Decided, but not revealed yet.
Vocals/Guitars - Gary Lenaire
Vocals - Guy Ritter
Vocals - Luke Easter
Guitars - Erik Mendez
Drums - David Husvik (Extol)
Gary has just commented on his face book page...
Guy Ritter and I are working on new music...
Gary Lenaire has been asking his fans whether folk would be interested in seeing Guy, Luke, Gary and some of the other old Tourniquet guys to produce some more tunes. Well, I think you know what I think about that!Â
YES!Â
Nothing new to report, so that's not really news then is it! But just thought I'd mention that Gary Lenaire is still producing more music, so I guess there's a remote possibility that Guy would sing on another track...? The interesting thing about Guy's vocals is that he's lost none of that signature sound. I thought that maybe he would after all these years, but he's still got it!
New album is now out, and here is the song Stop The Bleeding.
Stop The Bleeding
Samples are being uploaded to this location...
Here's the artwork for Gary Lenaire's new album. Guy is singing on the opening track (on the choruses)
Track listing for the new album is as follows...
Stop The Bleeding
Wasted Fire
No Time Now
Fell Sirens To The Sea
Sensory Cynicism
Monkeys In The Family Tree
At The Gates Of Paradise
Axiomatic Primacy
Karmic Lords Of EnsĹŤ
Little Stars
Looks like Gary Lenaire's new album "No Time Now" will be released on the 29th July. One track will have Guy Ritter doing the vocals. Gary has a new website with more information about the album (although the site is still a work in progress at the moment) Go here to find out more... www.garylenaire.com
Guy now has a dedicated Facebook page just for his music. Go to Facebook and search "GUY RITTER MUSIC" to find it.
Okay, well here's some current up-to-date EXCITING news! Yes, I know that doesn't happen very often but hey, this time there is actually something worth mentioning! Gary Lenaire is releasing a solo album and one song will have Guy doing the vocals. Not sure what the song will be about (given Gary's beliefs) but hopefully it will be good. Looking forward to it, anyway! The news was announced on Gary's facebook page.
Just discovered on youtube part of Guy's early stuff pre-One Way!!
Two demos are listed from when he was in Holy Danger. Just type in "Holy Danger Battle" in youtube and have a listen!

Go For It!
Still no news! Things aren't looking great!Â
No news! The guyritter.com website is now down.
No new news on Guy, but Tourniquet have just released their newest album (after 9 years since their last) and already some are saying it is one of their best. http://www.tourniquet.net/index.html
Nothing new to report.
Matt has just released a short video of both him and Raf in the studio.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlmnIhn-eNs&feature=share
(link now not working!)
Nothing new to report really but I've updated some of the pages and whilst surfing the net found something out that was quite interesting. It seems that Holy Danger may have done possibly three demo tapes. I have put what I know down on the Discopgraphy page.
Unfortunately there's nothing new to report as yet...
Just found out from Matt that ....."We are actually just finishing a song that really rocks. It is definitely a lot different from Echo Hollow. I actually think it will be the best material any of us has done. It will be on ITunes. We will be releasing a song at a time!" and also "As far as a band name, we are still trying to make a decision on that!"
So that's something to look forward to. Keep checking back for updates.
Nothing new to report. Still hope for the trio getting together!!Â
Some exciting news just in todate as I have just received an email from Matt Rosenblum, who was the drummer on both of Echo Hollows albums to say that...
"..............Guy Ritter, Rafik Oganyan and I are thinking about doing some recording together after the New Year. This will not be Echo Hollow. It will most likely be a trio for now, but we will see. This is not a sure thing. But I think it could very well happen. Matt.R "
So that sounds quite interesting. Rafik has already done lead vocals on a few of the Superficial Intelligence tracks, so it will be good to hear of how this project develops over the coming months. Hopefully if things do work out, there'll be a myspace website where we can hear how the music is coming along. But it's really really early days at the moment, so we'll just have to wait and see!!
Whilst I won't be giving any up to date information on Gary Lenaire I thought I would mention that I have just heard he has recorded some more music under the title of Talking Snakes. Gary is no longer a Christian, so his lyrics obviously won't be either, but if you'd like to have a listen to what his new stuff sounds like (and the music is really good) you can have a look here.
http://www.myspace.com/talkingsnakes
Still no more news. It could be that Guy Ritter won't be singing again, as he's busy with his family and other commitments and hasn't got an official band to play in anymore. I guess every vocalist has his day and then thinks it's time to move on, so it could be the same with Guy. Still, if something does happen and Guy does want to start singing again and releasing albums, then just keep checking back here and you should find out if there are any CD's or songs going to be released.
No more news to tell, but just thought I'd update the news section to let everyone know that we're still around! If you would like to hear what the remasters that Gary has recently done for Lost Years II, then head to Amazon.com and you can hear a short extract from each of the songs. You can download the whole album for just under $8.
Late last year Gary Lenaire released Lost Years II, but only as a download. Because of that I couldn't find out what tracks were available, and whether Guy was singing on any of them. And more importantly were there any previously unreleased Guy Ritter vocalled tracks on there. Now I can report that there are no new Guy Ritter tracks on the album, only remastered versions. However, if you like Gary's playing, then there are three new tracks for your listening pleasure! Track listings of Lost Years 2 is as follows:
1 - Stay The Same
2 - Blame It On The Man
3 - Rangali
4 - Superfiical Intelligence (Remastered)
5 - Yesterdays Ghost (Remastered)
6 - Thursday (Remastered)
7 - ADHD (Remastered)
8 - Columbus Day (Remastered)
9 - Diet Of Worms (Remastered)
10 - Bring It (Remastered)
11 - 1973 (Remastered)
12 - Late Movie (Remastered)
13 - Whatever If (Remastered)
Tracks listed in italics are sung by Guy Ritter. This album is unfortunately only available as a download (from amazon, itunes and other places)
Yes, we're still here! But there's no news to report. (Not that I know of, anyway).
News just in that Gary Lenaire ha s released a new album (Lost Years II). It will feature never before released songs Blame it on the Man, Stay the Same and Rangali plus rare re mastered Echo Hollow tracks Diet of Worms, Thursday, and Superficial Intelligence. It's available at iTunes (not sure if they'll be available as a CD). I would think that Guy Ritter will be singing on it, but am not sure as yet.
Heavens Metal magazine (issue no. 70) has an interview with Guy Ritter in it. Make sure you get hold of a copy, either by going to their website and subscribing or getting it as a back issue. www.hmmag.com
Guy has just posted a competition on www.guyritter.com .
All you have to do is listen to Broken Chromosomes and work out what Guy sings right at the end of the song after he sings
Now I'm not alone
No I'm not alone
And I'm free now cause
I've got no pain to pass on
then send him an email. The winner/s get an orignal Tourniquet T-shirt. The competition can be found on the Tourniquet Museum page.
Guy now has his own website www.guyritter.com
A rumour has surfaced that Guy sang a song on one of the HM Magazines Sampler CD's, and it was put on as a hidden track. This appears to be untrue. A number of hidden tracks are on the CD's but Guy isn't the vocalist on any of them.
The Cripple Need Cane website has closed and is just a forwarding link to Gary's website.
It's now official that Gary, Victor and Erik are back together and will release an album under the name of 2050. Unfortunately that definitely means that Guy will not be involved, so this site will not be giving any news updates on the new band. If you would like to find out more about 2050 then go to the Cripple Need Cane website on the Links page.
It seems like Gary, Victor and Erik will be recording something together but Guy may not be involved at all. Sad news if it's true.
Gary, Victor and Erik back together in the studio!
The Echo Hollow website is down at the moment.
News just in that Erik Mendez went to see Gary a couple of weeks ago, and there are plans for a recording project sometime this year with all four of the ex-Tourniquet guys (Gary, Guy, Victor and Eric).
According to Gary's CNC site, there are plans for another reunion in 2006, hopefully with Eric this time!!Â
Gary, Victor and Guy had just had a reunion. (Erik was also scheduled to be there but forest fires in California kept him home). Stay tuned for more discussion about future jams.
In an interview with "Thunderground Radio" Gary Lenaire mentioned Echo Hollow regarding it's future....
Tunderground Radio: CNC is comprised of 3 Echo Hollow members. Is Echo Hollow no longer?
Gary: Echo Hollow was really an independent studio project. Touring was never considered. EH may do something in the future but I have no current plans for that.
source:- http://www.thundergroundradio.com/wst_page8.html
Track list as follows:
1. ADHD
2. Whatever If
3. Superficial Intelligence
4. Empty

Have had an email back from Guy to say that the album will be $10, and you can also get Diet Of Worms for an additional $3. Order in the US before December and it's free P&P!!!!!!!
Echo Hollow have just updated their website with the news that the album WILL be released on the 20th November!!!!!! I've emailed the website for further info, but you can pre-order the CD now!
For fans of Echo Hollow "The Lost Years" really is a treat. Not as heavy as anything that Guy has sung on so far, but well worth the price. The track list is as follows: (Guy sings on the songs highlights in orange):
1. Escape From Reason
2. Superficial Intelligence
3. ADHD
4. Plain Label Girl
5. 1973
6. Late Movie
7. Another Me
8. Whatever If
9. Bring It
10. Yesterdays Ghost
I'm hoping it's not, but this looks like it could be the last time we hear from Guy or Echo Hollow. The release of this album seems to suggest that there will be no more songs from the vocals of Guy. Sad, but probably true. Still, if there is any new stuff on the horizon, we'll be the first to let you know! Keep checking back.......
Gary Lenaire has just released an album entitled "The Lost Years" which features 7 Superficial Intelligence songs, with Guy Ritter singing on them. This is MAJOR news, and if anyone wants a copy, then pop along to www.cncrocks.com and order it NOW. It's gonna be good! Here's a picture of the CD cover....
Website has just been updated with the rather sad news that...."Echo Hollow is on sabbatical. Gary Lenaire, Rafik Oganyan and Matt Rosenblum are now creating music in Cripple Need Cane, a Los Angeles-based group." However, on a slightly positive note, the word sabbatical means 'break' rather than 'quit'. So there is still hope.
Take care if you go to the Echo Hollow website and don't have a virus checker. My virus checker spotted a virus on the Echo Hollow website. So, watch out.....
Anyway, there's not much point in going to the website as it hasn't been updated in years.
Guy has a daughter to take care of and Gary is in a new band so the release of the new album isn't so sure. Matt Rosenblum, Rafik Oganyan and Gary, who are/were in Echo Hollow are now in this new band called 'Crippled Need Cane'.

Just to say, there is no news! Everything is quite on the Echo Hollow front. Haven't a clue if the album will ever be released or not. Hopefully it will.......
....and still we wait..... Someone has heard the title track "Superficial Intelligence" and said it was more mellow than the previous "Echo Hollow" album.
Nothing new to report. 5 years between albums is no good when you're the best singer in the world! (IMO)
Nothing new to report. Still waiting for news of when the new album will be released. I guess that it won't be til the end of this year now.

The front of the new CD (possibly) has been uploaded onto the Echo Hollow website.
Their website, which has been updated, (sort of) says the new album should be out in December.
Just heard the release date should be November!!!!!!!!!
At this present moment in time, Guy Ritter, and the other members of Echo Hollow, are recording their second album, entitled "Superficial Intelligence". Release dates have been put back and back, and now there seems to be no talk of it being released at the moment....
