29th September 2025 - New Dale album released called Smoke and Mirrors (but bizzarely only available to buy with 2 other older albums)
8th May 2025 - Both Vipers & Shadows, and Lost Reels 4 are now available to buy.
7th March 2025 - Lost Reels 4 should be available in mid 2025. It will be all the songs that didn't make Vipers And Snakes.
26th February 2025 - A new remastered version of Bride's cornerstone concert is now available from Boonesoverstock (and other places). Also, the new Bride double album will be called Vipers And Shadows, and is set to release in 2025.6th December 2024 - New album is on the way, and it's a double album. Not sure what I think about that, as many songs mean there may be a bit too rushed. But if it's close to Are You Awake? then it will be really good.28th March 2024 - Unfinished Business just released!
7th June 2023 - A new, rerecorded acoustic verysion of Snakes In The Playground is on the way this year. It will also have a few extra unreleased songs on it too. As well as that, Bride has said that they are getting ready to write for the next Bride album. It looks like it will go off from how the last 3 albums sounded, so maybe more blues rock, and less loud? We'll have to wait and see.
10th March 2023 - Two bits of news today! First - Bride have suprised us all with a brand new EP called Eyes Wide Open. It's six tracks, which include two exclusives.
Second - Bride's new album "Are You Awake?" is due out on the 19th May.
29th July 2022 - Dale has a new album on the way, and Bride are releasing "Snakes In The Playground Demos!"
25th June 2022 - New album is called... Are You Awake. Not sure then it will be on sale, but Dale has just commented to say it is 'almost done'.
21st April 2022 - New album is on the way.
4th October 2021 - Both the Bluegrass and the Christmass albums are now out. Boones Overstock has them in stock. Hopefully Soundmass will soon too.
25th September 2021 - Bride are doing a Christmas album, then a blues album, then a new rocking album.
28th December 2020 - New album is now out, and it rocks!
25th October 2020 - New album is still on the way. Unfortunately Covid slowed it down a bit, but now things are back up and running. Hopefully should be out in the next few months (But that's really just a guess!)
26th February 2020 - Okay, so here's some exciting news! Bride are doing another album! This one will be called "Here Is Your God" and it will feature 12 songs.28th September 2018 - I've got my copy, and put a little review at the bottom of this page. GET YOUR CD NOW!30th August 2018 - Snake Eyes is now out and you can get yours from Amazon, CDbaby and other places. Mine is still on route, so I can't comment on how it sounds.6th July 2018 - Snakes Eyes will be released in August! Not Bride, but something different. When I know of the new band (if it becomes reality) I will post it here.31-10-13 - Dale has just announced that Bride's latest album is their last. It looks like another great band is calling it a day (like Seventh Avenue did).16-10-13 - New album is out on the way, yes it's a year later but it's great to have Bride back!16-10-12 - New album has been delayed by a few months, because of 'personal issues'.31-08-12 - New album is entitled "Bring Me Your Frankenstien".13-07-12 - They're still writing for the new album. Other than that nothing new to report.11-03-12 - Nothing new on the album, but Dale made a comment on Facebook about the possibility of doing a solo blues styled album. The general concensus of opinion was very favourable, so it could be a goer!23-07-11 - No new news, which probably means that the album won't be out until very late this year or sometime next year. As soon as I hear some solid news I'll post it on this page.10-4-11 - Still looks like it could be a summer release date for the new album.18-1-11 - News from the Bride camp...."Regardless of what you may have heard, Bride has not broken up. I am currently writing a bookand Bride has been on vacation. We already have six new songs and will write at least six more in the next few months with a release date of a new CD in early summer."15-5-10 - "At the moment Bride is still on hiatus and Troy and I are writing separately. We had hoped to have begun recording a new CD this summer but so many other obligations has kept us from joining forces." "I hope that troy and I will end up on the same page with our writing and produce a musical collaboration in months to come."24-5-10 - This Bride page goes live. Still with a bit of work to do, but most of it is finished...15-5-10.. - Work has begun on a new album called "ENCORE". Should be out by the end of the year.

Okay, so I'm writing this review after listening to it for just a month, but MAN is this a great album or what!!! Bride have released an album that is just as good as their 80's and early 90's stuff. Catchy, with hooks all over the place, this is competely unputdownable!!! It only lost a perfect score because the last two tracks aren't quite as good as the rest. Hard rock all the way, and just as cool as Snakes In The Playground!

Great EP if you don't own AYA, HIYG and SE. It's got 6 tracks on, but only 2 are exclusive to the EP. Draw The Line is pretty solid, but Not As Bad As It Seems is a brilliant ballad. If it were down to me, I'd have put both of those on Are You Awake, and put Human State and Pull The Trigger on the EP.

Better than the Snakes demo, as this is more different than the official release. I'm not a huge fan of Kinetic Faith, (although it's still growing on me), so this is a great demo as it gives you a different take on that album.

Brilliant! Bride goes Blue Grass, and it sounds wonderful. Personal favourite has to be Ain't No Grave, but they're all really good songs, so there's nothing much to dislike here. Don't expect top notch production, but expect lots of passion, and some pure faith driven old gospel greats.

I'm not really a fan of christmas music, but as it's Bride, then I have to get it to add to my collection. Dale and Troy do a great job, and whilst the prodution isn't as good as an official Bride album, it's still enjoyable, and I'm glad I've got it in my collection.

This is a great album! Sort of a blend between Snakes, Scarecrow, Skin and a few others! Dale and Troy wanted to make a Snakes In The Playground Part II, which is what many fans wanted for years. I kind of thought that Scarecrow was Snakes Part II, although not as good. This is a very interesting album, as it's captured that vibe from Snakes In The Playground, but the singing from Dale is a cross between the old 90's stuff and his more recent albums like This Is It and Skin For Skin. It's hard rock and blues, and is very, very good.

It's a very engaging and interesting album with enough different aspects to it that it keeps you coming back for more. Skin For Skin trounces This Is It by being harder and heavier and better!! End Of Days and Bang Goodbye have an almost Marilyn Manson vibe to them but sounds better than anything MM has done! All the rest are hard rock heaven. Bride have found their hard rock feet again and are pounding the boards.

Although it has some modern rock elements in it this is much more like the Bride of the early 90's. Just listen track number 5 and you will see that it could have been put on Snakes no trouble. Bride are heading back to their most well known style... of hard rock. Long may this continue!

Lots of fans didn't like this album because of the rapcore styled songs. Dale at the time said he was doing 50/50 hard rock/rapcore but the fans just weren't up for it. I actually like this album and think it is underrated by most people. Sure it's not a classic but I wouldn't have it out of my collection as I spin it from time to time.

Now this is how a modern rock album should be done! Whilst it's still not my ideal style everything else fits like a glove. The production is good, the vocals are great with some straight ahead singing, along with a few screams here and there, the music is solid - but, BUT the lyrics are the strongest part of this album. Probably my favourite lyrics from any Bride album. Dale wrote the lyrics and you can tell he spent a long time getting them just right. This album completely blew me away and I believe it is one of Bride's most underrated albums.

What can I say! My two favourite Bride albums on one CD. At the time when Dale and Troy released this album I didn't own either of them so to have this huge songs was a dream come true. Slightly frustrated that 2 tracks were missing, but that doesn't take away the fact that these albums are nigh on perfect.

Track 8 onwards I thought were great, good music and good lyrics. Couldn't really get into the songs before that. Love the song "Three Rusty Nails". Dale knows how to write some great stuff. Blues rock ain't my style but Dale does a good job here.

Man I hated this when it first came out. After the solid release that was Scarecrow Messiah I was expecting something on the same lines. Snakes worked a treat for the guys and Scarecrow did (to a lesser degree) so I was pretty sure that this album would be sounding similar and rock all the way through. Unfortunately it doesn't as they decided to do a blues/alternative rock styled album. After the first listen I gave it about 1 out of 5 and resolved that if Bride stayed playing that sort of music I wouldn't be buying anymore. Yes the production was good, the lyrics were fine and everything was done well it just wasn't my style. However after a couple of years of not listening to it I put it back in my CD player and I now quite enjoy it when I'm wanting a quieter Dale, and I'm actually glad they've done an album like this. It's gone up the ratings list!

'We want Snakes Part II' is the cry from some fans over the years. Snakes was Bride's most famous album but I believe that Scarecrow is a really solid album and can be called Snakes Part II. Whilst it was never going to beat its predecessor it still packs a punch. I love this album and play it frequently.

Bride completely hit the nail on the head with this album. Fans of Christian Rock were crying out for a Guns N Roses styled hard rock band and along comes Bride and tears up the world! One of my all time favourite albums as it's so accesible and oozes passion and power. Dale sings better than Axel and the whole band in tight and solid!

Wonderful album, which is just the sort of style I love. A cross over between Metal (Live To Die) and Hard Rock (Snakes In The Playground) this album really does well to bridge the gap between those two styles. Dale did say that he kept the good songs back for their next album (Kinetic Faith) and put some not so good songs on this album, but I absolutely love the songs on here. It's a pity that the two tracks from the best of album weren't included on here, as Same Ol' Sinner and Everybody Knows My Name would have been the icing on the already iced cake!
