Two methods:
If you have a mulberry tree, pick about 6 cups of fresh mulberries. With the first way is from dried mulberries.
Wash your fresh mulberries with water. Add one tablespoon of baking soda. Soak it for good 15 minutes to flush out tiny bugs. Take it out and put it in a natural food dryer for 3 to 5 days, depending on the quantities that you have. It should be thoroughly dried. If you use a natural food dryer, requiring the sun to do all of the work. You must soak the mulberry again with baking soda to remove bugs and dirt like before. If you use an automatic food dryer, toss the dried mulberry into the pot of water.
Use 2 cups of dried mulberry with 6 cups of water. Bring it to boil and add one cinnamon bark. Turn down your gas range. Cover your pot with a lid, then simmer it for good 2 hours. After 2 hours, drain the liquid into a teapot. Throw away the cooked mulberry. Keep the cinnamon to put into the teapot. Drink it when you ready. If it is too sweet, add a bit of hot water. Or add a dash of lemon. I also put my tea in a refrigerator and drink it later.
