September 28, 2026 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sit & Sew – Snappy Pouch with Chris Buanno

Bring your sewing machine and sewing supplies.

Examples and supply list will be available at the

September meeting. One set of bands will be provided

by SBQG, more sets will be available for a $1.00

purchase.

October 19, 2026. 5:00 PM Doors open. Business Meeting 6:00 PM meeting begins

Trunk Show with Betsy Macomber

Betsy began her quilting journey with cross stitch at age

10. She fondly remembers her Home Economics

teacher in Junior High School who taught her how to

sew clothing, which Betsy continued for many years on

her mother’s Featherweight. She made her first quilt in

1981 on her new Singer, but it was the discovery of

rotary cutters that really got her quilting! Self-taught

quilt construction, machine embroidery and paper

piecing soon followed. Betsy is a member of two local

guilds and the Empire Quiltfest Planning Committee. A

retired teacher, she continues to challenge herself

creatively using her Gammill to longarm quilt for herself

and others. We are thrilled to welcome her to our guild

for a trunk show.

Zimmerman and Tina Reeves

Bring your sewing machine & supplies. And a water

bottle (if you want to make a custom fit holder.)

November 11, 2026 WEDNESDAY Noon to 5:00 Sit & Sew

We will be working on our charity donations. Feel free

to bring your own brown bag meal.

AccuQuilt hands on demonstration with Bev Perry. She

will show us how to cut the blocks we’ll be using for our

charity quilts.
