The purpose of these tutorials is to guide a beginning modeler / user of SERPM 8 through the basic operations of:

• Installing, configuring and running SERPM 8;
• Understanding the Highway and Transit Assignment procedures and viewing the loaded networks; and
• Understanding and viewing the reports generated by SERPM 8.
