This section describes several analysis approaches while working with SERPM 8.

The highway select link process is controlled by a checkbox to enable the select link and a text box with the specified links. Links are specified by the A-Node and B-Node of the link, separated by a horizontal dash. To select trips using this link in both directions, an asterisk may be added. Use comma " , " to seperate links if more than link is selected.
Note that if no highway select link is needed, one can uncheck the checkbox but needs to put text in the text box to ensure no error message pops up. One can leave the default text in the text box when unchecking the Run Highway Select-Link option.

A select link analysis could be to map and display the trips that utilize a given roadway segment using the Cube Analysis-Multi Bandwidth plot and identifying the select link user classes.
The transit select link process is controlled by a radio button to indicate the type of transit select link and an edit box to enter the select link parameters. The select link types are as follows:
