Centennial Gold Medal

To commemorate and celebrate 100 years of Scouting in our Nation, the Centenary Gold Medal will be awarded to 100 distinguished individuals who have contributed substantially to the development and growth of Scouting in Singapore.

At the pinnacle of the Centenary Medal is the crest of the SSA. The text, the shape of Singapore and the crescent with five stars in the medal represent 100 years of Scouting in Singapore. Encircling the medal is a single rope tied together in a reef knot, representing the worldwide brotherhood of all Scouts bonded in unity by the Scout Promise and Law.

The red and white ribbon colours represent Singapore while green in the centre represents the Singapore Scout Association.
