From this week’s tutorial I learned how to review a project called "Broadcasting Entrepreneurial Skills as a service":
What could be improved?
What would you change about the project?
Strengths and Limitations of the project.
In addition, I have found out the following when reviewing the project:
Implementation: where the project could get different organisations involved
Primary purpose: Not clear who the target audience are (student, youth)
Positive: Student will not participate in the class instead go on platform so as to avoid face to face communication. Where the mentors are from and what they mentor you on?
Might be too broad( spanning over china vs UK )
A lot of ambiguity in project: Accessibility would be able to use service on part one
Language barriers
tackling the censored use of web
is it going to be implemented in a same way in china/uk?
What technology is going to be used: technology is not clearly defined
A more graphical layout would have been better
List of media outlets and how will they be used ?
The project will work best as a website with the ability to share video and content
What is more, as a group we have learnt how to write a project for our Coursework component 1. This will be of use to my future studies at LSBU or elsewhere as in the future I would need to know how to write a project proposal
One aspect of the tutorial that I found particularly useful was how to review a project proposal that was refused and how to explain why the project proposal would fail.
If I have to do a review of the project again I will look into more detail on why this project failed as this will help me overcome the initial difficulties I faced.
