The Illustrated Man
The Illustrated Man is a collection of short stories written by Ray Bradbury. In 2004, Sam began writing soundtracks to these short stories with the idea that the music could be used as a background during the reading of each corresponding story.
In the summer of 2008, Sam finished the last of the 18 tracks and released the two-disc album. This website contains insights about musical themes, connections between pieces, connections to the stories, and other trivia about the album. Feel free to explore, starting here.
