OVERVIEW
Attention and Perception embedded into the unit Road Science as a two week psychology course that joins to the 5 week physics section of Road Science.
Students should be able to :
Define terms perception and attention.
Understand how perception and attention can influence the likelihood of a car accident.
Perform a small scale investigation to determine how factors may influence reaction time.

The Stroop Test practical is formative, this gives the students practice in averaging class data and presenting data in column graph using Excel.
The Factors Affecting Reaction Time is a summative practical which assesses criteria D, E and F in the MYP (International Baccaleureate Middle Years Program). (It should be noted that these criteria will change in 2011)
