History:
This variation was created by Marji for Christmas morning 2015. Bacon and onion were prepped the day before. Christmas morning the ingredients were quickly combined and the casserole cooked as we opened presents. It was ready when we were set for breakfast.

Good for a crowd. Serves 10.
