We Are Always Under Construction

• Psalm 138:8

As Christians, we are always under construction.  We are being refined daily, renewed and shaped into the likeness of Jesus Christ.  We should read God's Word daily, seek the LORD God through prayer and supplication, listen to get direction from and to obey the leading of the Holy Spirit,  and apply the Word to our lives.  Over time, as we sincerely seek the Lord and surrender our will (including our shortcomings) to Him, He will change us.  That process, sanctification, is lifelong.  We become saved immediately when we pray and ask for it with a sincere heart.  But we become more and more like Him as we spend time with Him .  Over time,  we change in our inner man (and woman) and we take on the mind of Christ . Our hearts become more like His heart and the Holy Spirit that lives within us continues to teach and guide us into God's truth.  Continue to seek the Lord, while He may be found, in these perilous times!
