ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR
MEETS & THS SITES,
BOOKING IN AND PAYMENTS
In order to operate our Meets and Temporary Holiday Sites and to protect our Members, Stewards and Voluntary Officers in a responsible manner, we are implementing some changes to our normal procedures to ensure that everyone is safe and confident at all times on site.
CONTACTLESS BOOKING IN ON SITE AND PAYMENTS
(see payment options section below)
Our Camping Meet Sites will be advertised on FaceBook/Web site/O&A etc. and that all Camping Sites, THS/Meets will start at 12.00 midday and Contactless Payment by Card on site is preferred as a more efficient and safer way than the Stewards having to handle and store Cash.
However, only in extreme cases, Cash and Details will be accepted only in a
Plastic Bag/envelope.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is now preferred contactless on site By Debit or Credit Card
By Bank transfer directly to our Bank account (details on reservation/booking) if required
Cheques can be accepted with a cheque guarantee card
Cash (enclosed in a sealed plastic bag with the booking reference and the correct amount enclosed (no change available)
