S-OPL タスク協力者募集

2025年5月3日〜5日にロボカップジャパンオープンが滋賀県のダイハツアリーナで開催されます．この競技会の @Home Simulation における Human Navigation タスクに協力して頂ける方を募集しています．謝金8000円をお支払いできますので，ご協力頂ける方は，以下のフォームからご連絡ください． 特に留学生は大歓迎ですので，お知り合いに該当する方いらっしゃれば紹介して頂けると幸いです． 

【日時】 2025年5月4日（日）11時頃〜17時頃まで
【場所】 滋賀ダイハツアリーナ　 https://shiga-arena.jp/ 滋賀県大津市上田上中野町779番地
　　（JR東海道本線　瀬田駅よりバスで約15分 バス停：滋賀アリーナ 降車）
【お願いしたい内容】 日常生活空間を模したVR環境でロボットの発話（英語）を聞き、その内容の通りに物を探して運ぶ作業を行う。
【参加できる条件】
　　 ・基本的な英語の聞き取りができる方（国籍は問いません）
　　 ・１８歳以上の方 ・立位でVRヘッドセットを被り、両手でコントローラでデバイスを操作できる方
　　・S-OPL に参加しているチームと利益相反が無い方
【その他】 謝金8000円をお支払い致します． 現地までの交通費については，申し訳ありませんが自己負担でお願いいたします．

Call for Participants – S-OPL

We are looking for participants to join the Human Navigation task in the @Home Simulation competition, which will be held as part of the RoboCup Japan Open 2025, taking place from May 3–5, 2025, at the Shiga Daihatsu Arena. Participants will receive an honorarium of 8,000 JPY (please note that travel expenses are not covered). If you are interested, please fill out the form linked below. Event Details

Date: Sunday, May 4, 2025, around 11:00  – 17:00

Venue: Shiga Daihatsu Arena (Approx. 15 minutes by bus from JR Seta Station. Bus stop: Shiga Arena)

What You Will Do

In a virtual reality (VR) environment that simulates a daily living space, you will listen to instructions spoken by a robot and follow them to find and carry objects accordingly.

Eligibility Requirements

・Able to understand basic spoken English (no restriction on nationality)

・Must be 18 years or older

・Able to stand and wear a VR headset, and use both hands to operate controllers

Other Information

An honorarium of 8,000 JPY will be provided. (Please note that transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant.)
