2026 Red Mist Cricket is offering Fast Bowling
A chance to go into the season with some specialist sessions to get your 2027 season underway.
The course will look at all the aspects of developing the young fast bowler. Increasing pace, physical conditioning, technical aspects of run ups and actions, lines and lengths, variation deliveries, the mental side of bowling at a batsman and we will be using video analysis to assist in improving actions.
A great opportunity for both young and older fast bowlers to make big improvements for the 2027 season.
Coaches for this course will be Steve Goldsmith as lead and Jonathan Elles
This course will have a limited number of places so early response is suggested. Forms are available below to download and print off to return.
Tuesdays from 8.00-9.30pm
October 13th and 27th, November 10th and 24th, December 8th
Cost for 5 sessions £97.50
January 5th and 19th, February 2nd and 16th, March 2nd

Red Mist Cricket had great success with its specialist skills clinics and is offering this course for Spin bowlers and Fast Bowlers. The groups will be led by Neil Taylor for the Spin Clinic, whilst the Fast Bowlers will be with Steve Goldsmith.
Each session will be for 1 ½ hours from 8.00-9.30pm
Alternate weeks on Tuesday evenings
Group sessions will work on the fundamentals of their specialist bowling discipline
All areas covered including actions, spinning the ball, pace, run ups, field placing, variations
Intensive sessions including video analysis
Limited numbers for each group
