Collaboration Projects

School Year 2009-2010

Students in Mrs. C. Jone's Accelerated Math 7 class will be the first at our school to engage in a webquest as part of a math project.  A webquest is a learning activity that incorporates the best of technology and literacy reflecting good teaching practices and professional collaboration between teacher and librarian.  The theme of the webquest is the History of Math. The project will be interdisciplinary as it reflects topics from broad subjects such as history, social science, math and English along with career exploration.
