BSOD Codes for Windows 7
When you overclock your computer you will, if you want archive more than 5-10% speed, experience loads of crashes. Unless you have a bad power-supply or something, Windows will provide you with a little information of what went wrong.
The most common error on the 2600K will be the x124, which means "require more vcore". The table below is a really good help to understand what just happened when the blue screen appear.
Important:
First of all, if you are using windows 7, and recieve strange BSOD with no real information, you will need this patch: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979444. If you have SP1, then you are covered without the patch.
Pic: It can be to much, or too little Vcore, most likely it need more vcore!
