Summer Camp

ALL SKILLS CAMP

This camp is designed for athletes who want training in all general skills. 

Coaches will cover the following skills:

• Overhead volley

• Under arm passing

• Serve receive

• Serving: overhead, float, jump, spin

• Attacking: left-side, middle, right side, and back row

• Blocking techniques: hand position, penetration, positioning, timing, footwork

• Individual defensive skills

• EACH ATHLETE RECEIVES A CAMP T-SHIRT
