REFUND POLICY

Power Volleyball reserves the right to cancel any program, camp, clinic, or club team due to a lack of enrollment. A full refund will be provided. Other refunds will be provided as per our Refund Policy: 

CLUB VOLLEYBALL SEASON

Once an athlete commits to a team, costs are determined based on the number of players.  Power Volleyball does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced. Therefore, Power Volleyball defines the start of the season as the date the player contract is signed.  Note: Should a replacement athlete be available a full refund will be provided (less the $25.00 admin fee).  

CAMPS

Once the camp has started no refunds will be provided.  However, participants of Power Volleyball camps who have to withdraw due to personal injury may receive a prorated refund. These requests must be made in writing and forwarded to pvcclubvolleyball@gmail.com.

NATIONALS

Costs for Nationals are not included in Club fees because we allow parent/guardian's of each team to decide on whether to attend Nationals or not.  Once players are committed they are financially responsible for all registration fees, and travel expenses for the coaching staff and travel expenses for themselves.  If an athlete withdraws from attending Nationals, after they have financially committed, a refund will not be provided.
