EndPulsePal()

Description

Disconnects MATLAB from Pulse Pal, frees the virtual serial port and deletes the PulsePal object from the base workspace.

• On receiving the disconnect signal, Pulse Pal stores the last program received to its non-volatile memory chip (EEPROM), and loads it after all future power cycles.
