• • For the printed circuit board, we have previously used SeeedStudio's FusionPCB service as follows:

    • Upload the GERBER zip file from https://github.com/sanworks/PulsePal/tree/master/CAD/PCB/r2_0/GERBER

    • Select:

i. QTY: 5

PCB Layer: 4

PCB Thickness: 1.6mm

PCB Dimension: 10cm max X 10cm max

PCB Color: green

Surface Finish: Hasl(Lead Free)

This should work out to ~$10.00 per board for a minimum order of 5 boards (Oct 2016).

• For the enclosure, we have previously used Pololu Robotics and Electronics laser cutting service.

  • Upload the enclosure design file from https://github.com/sanworks/PulsePal/tree/master/CAD/Enclosure

  • Select a 3mm acrylic.

  • Complete the quote request. Pololu will contact you with ordering options.
