Your responsibilities:

Complete job training in German or another European Bosch site for several months (network and become acquainted with our products and processes), afterwards take over job in Pecinci Plant

Implement the Bosch QA-processes based on the central directive qualities Set up and have technical and disciplinary managerial responsibility for the QMM6 group (in the long term 5 employees) Prepare, implement and develop further QA-methods

Develop further existent processes, systems, test equipment and concepts for quality improvement Develop QA concept for new product developments and changes

Implement the Advanced Quality Planning (preventive QA, QGC’s, FMEA) Plan and carry out internal audits; track resulting measures Compile a concept regarding the release and monitoring of the measuring equipment

Evaluate information about QA relevant Data Compile and administrate manuals Improve development of processes, products and methods based on findings out of claims

Your profile:

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or in a comparable field of study Several years of working experience as a QMM specialist At least 5 years experience in automotive Further QA relevant training (8D reports, experience with FMEA)

Your responsibilities:

Prepare an update of production documents (process instructions etc.) Define standard work for the operations of the production lines

In the long term about 50 employees will work in four teams: preventative and corrective maintenance (respectively regarding mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance and software), spare parts storage, tool design and construction

Develop a concept for preventative and corrective maintenance Establish and be responsible for the spare parts systems and the management of spare parts

Set up the TPM system for scheduled and autonomous maintenance in accordance to ED-TPM standards Set up the SAP-PM maintenance system and the SAP equipment structure of the technical spaces for the production

Coordinate and continuously optimize all service and maintenance related tasks

Your profile:
