Requirements:

1. Encourage local people to play often ... different to one off visitors in Arran or Largs

2. Simple to administer and check

3. Good value … about the same price as two ice creams.

4. Do not want to increase price, but possibility could have a initial reduction

5. Start simple but once we understand our customers consider ... loyalty card, off-peak pricing, concessions, special pricing for competitions ....   

Suggestions at two extremes: 

1. £5 per game for up to 4 people 

2. £1 per person
