Till:

Connect Till to Cash Tray
Press off/on switch on Till back right
MODE: REG ... press MODE until screen displays REG
Press NO SALE ... cash tray opens ... check float... £50
Tickets ... Press appropriate buttons ... Adult, Concession. Family, Child ... any problem press void.
Press CASH .. drawer will open and Till roll will print receipt .. retain receipt .. deposit cash and provide change
Any really serious problem ... off/on Till switch back

Provide:

Cash at end of Shift:

- Press MODE until screen displays Z, press 1, press SUBTL ... this prints the Total Takings
- Tear off Till roll receipts and Z reading
- Put takings in plastic bank bag along with Till roll ... place bag at back of Cash Tray
- Check £50 float left in Till ... if more or less use cash from bank bag to adjust and add note to Till roll ... mistakes do happen

Recruit Volunteers:

At present we are all volunteers
As a Community Interest Company we cannot make a profit, but any surplus must be used for the benefit of the community
Hence we need volunteers to provide a surplus ... we have three paid posts but want to recruit volunteers first
If they are interested ... say 4 hours a week ... suggest to a trial say one day for a couple of hours ... take contact details
