1. Plan Schedule Management—This is the plan how other processes will be executed in this knowledge area.
2. Define Activities—Once WBS is ready it further decomposed to activity level, and this process list them in activity list.
3. Sequence Activities—This process creates relationship or sequence between different activities.
4. Estimate Activity Resources—When activity list are ready and sequence is known this process estimate the resources to perform the activity.
