2.Collect Requirements—The process collects requirements that needs to be performed from stakeholders.

4 .Create WBS—WBS is the work break down structure where a large piece of work is sub divided into smaller part for better maintainability and tracking.
5. Validate Scope—In this process Customer validates their requirements have met in the deliverable.
6. Control Scope—This process of monitors the status of the project and product scope and manage changes to the scope .
