Project Scope Management ensure that all the work that need to perform to complete the project is included.

It also specifies in Scope and out of scope so that scope creep can be avoided .

This knowledge area has total of 6 process

Here are the different sub processes in this knowledge area.

1. Plan Scope Management—This is the Plan how other processes in this knowledge area will be performed.

2.Collect Requirements—The process collects requirements that needs to be performed from stakeholders.

3. Define Scope—Its the detailed description of the project and product.

4 .Create WBS—WBS is the work break down structure where a large piece of work is sub divided into smaller part for better maintainability and tracking.

5. Validate Scope—In this process Customer validates their requirements have met in the deliverable.

6. Control Scope—This process of monitors the status of the project and product scope and manage changes to the scope .
