Input Tools and Techniques

ITTO is one of the most important topics in all processes. Input are those with which you will carry out the particular Process. Tools and techniques are the methodologies that will help to transform the inputs to outputs. As I said earlier output of any process is made for a particular purpose so that much be an input to some other process.(In most cases). Project charter is the very first thing a PM will get or will help sponsor to prepare. Other than project charter there is no specific sequence you will carry out the project. All are inter dependent. So think logically the out of one process going to where and why.
