Project HR Management

Project Human resource is one of the critical knowledge area, Usually there are separate HR Management team, but PM must involve in grooming his own team and get maximum of of the team by keeping the team in performing stage.

There are 4 processes in this knowledge area.

1 Plan Human Resource Management—This is where staffing management plan gets created.

2 Acquire Project Team—The process of obtaining the team to complete project activities.

3 Develop Project Team—In this process PM involves in arranging training to help team learning fast.

4 Manage Project Team—One of the important PM soft skill knowledge is required just to manage this process. Also this process helps for resource performance evaluation, conflict management etc.
