Bus Instructions
The Cross Country team will be transported to all week day Meets on a bus. A chaperone will ride on the bus with the kids to the XC Meets and back to PMA. Procedures:
1. Each parent must grant permission for up their child to ride the PMA XC bus.
2. With such a large team, there is a need for some additional chaperones to help ensure the kids get to the meet safely. Please go to the link to volunteer to be a Bus Chaperone: Bus Chaperone Volunteer Signup
3. If you attend a Meet and choose to drive your child home, you MUST notify a Coach that you are taking your kid home.
- Returning all children to and from the Meet safely and accounted for is the primary concern
- Ensuring that a Coach knows you are taking your child home will prevent Coaches looking for a child at the Meet that already left.
4. PLEASE note that if you offer to drive any children other than your own, you must have fulfilled the volunteer requirements and they MUST be on record in the PMA office.
- Volunteer Requirements and procedures for fulfillment can be found on the PMA Volunteers page
5. Volunteers are needed to bring drinks and fruit to the meets for the runners to eat/drink after they run. Please let a Coach know you can provide any.
Please feel free to email the Coaches with any bus questions.
