Derryfield Meet

I just wanted to pass along a few requests I received from the Derryfield School this afternoon regarding Thursday's meet.

1). We are dismissing the kids at 2:00 PM on Thursday. The boys race begin at promptly 3:30 PM and I want to make sure that they have time to dress, get up there, get a walk through in, and stretch. I am not a fan of taking them out of school early, but this will be the last meet they will need to leave. Could all parents that are driving be in the PMA parking lot no later than 2:00 PM please?

2). Boys will run first at 3:30 PM and girls will follow.

3). They have asked that you drop the athletes off at the top of the hill (the fields go down a huge hill-that is where the start is) and then you will be directed to a parking spot by someone.

4). There will be two soccer games going on during the meet so we have been asked to be aware of that (no kids running onto the field etc.)

This meet is considered an invitational in case anyone was curious and it is a marked (hilly) 2.1 miles. Results would be emailed within a 24-hour period. Again I appreciate your patience with the results. You will be the first to know!
