The workouts for the groups are posted. With 2 meets back-to-back on 5-6 Oct, important to get good runs in over the weekend to prepare. Getting close to the end of the season. Will only get out what you put in. Run in the woods or someplace different you have never explored. Mom or Dad can chase you on their bike. Have fun with the workouts!
