Debug now also has a warning of wrong filesDownload Zipped Directory (bottom right arrow) containing MultiGroupZ.exe plus many auxiliary files.
These include some Shoot data as examples. Place the Dir in C: drive and start by calling MultiGroupZ.exe
MultiGroupZ is an advanced program for viewing hundreds of GroupZ files simultaneously and analyzing and comparing the shoots.
Unique is a facility to measure the Aerodynamic Jump Angle (called AJ for short). If somewhere you see a reference to 'MultiPlotZ', or GroupAnalyze, it is another name I have used for the same program.
I will try to write detailed instructions on MultiGroupZ sometime but that is a huge task.
It does contain a LOT of Help material, however and is very simple to use as a basic Shoot Viewer.
You have the option to download either an entire Directory containing example and target files
OR to download ONLY the program itself.
A new version of MultiGroupZ now reads in Hexta Log files directly.
AND also reads in WindZ sight settings files directly.
If you are downloading this for the first time,
choose the file called MultiGroupZ.Zip because it contains all Target and other auxiliary data
and a suggested Directory Structure.
NOTE THAT GROUPANALYZE IS THE SAME PROGRAM AS MULTIGROUPZ.
CHANGE ITS NAME IF YOU WANT TO.
I FORGOT TO DO THIS.
THIS IS THE NEW VERSION (OCTOBER 2017) WITH HEXTA GRABBING ABILITY FROM THE HEXTA WEB SITE
I KNOW IT WILL HANDLE A 40 SHOT GROUP. PERHAPS EVEN 50 BUT EXPECT A CRASH AT OR NEAR 50.
NOW ALSO CALCULATES xSD, ySD, xKURTOSIS, xKURTOSIS OF THE ENTIRE SET OF SHOTS. USEFUL FOR SIMULATIONS.
Supposedly fixed the combined SD errors. Added what I call x0d and y0d meaning an equivalent dispersion from the centre of target.
Also contains a drop down list of ALL input shot positions for the TOTAL stats calculations.
Now contains a large Histogram Generator, export of Histogram data counts to Excel, and Huge Export of all data to Excel.
WITH A GAUSSIAN DISTRIBUTION OVERLAID FOR COMPARISON.
Added warning about reading wrong Hexta files.
HextaDebug also has a similar warning.
Added a STEP mode to illustrate a shot by shot recreation of any shoot. This is available in the Individual Group and Step window.
Two options are available. Either a bare GroupAnalyse Zip file or a cut down System in a directory (MULTIGROUPS) containing the Program, Target info, and many of our last months of shooting. The second option is for people downloading MultiGroupZ for the first time. It is actually under a different name (MULTIGROUPS). Remember that GroupAnalyze and MultiGroupZ is the same thing.
