The size limit for documents attached to Track-IT! work orders has been increased to 51MB to accomodate users with larger web site requests. If, on a regular basis, your attachments are larger; please advise so the limit may be increased to accommodate them. If you have an attachment that is larger on an occasional basis; please enter the work order and follow-up with an email to the appropriate ITSB staff member that includes the attachment.
