Thank you for your participation with the annual IT Customer Satisfaction Survey. We received 167 responses, with 111 comments, this year. This translates to receiving feedback from approximately 60% of all employees. This is a fantastic response!
The survey results and trends have been posted to the iDrop at http://idrop/ProgramSupport/ITSB-index.html (the link is titled, ITSB 2011 IT Customer Satisfaction Survey Results, on the right side of web page).
As part of our performance management process, the IT Services Bureau will review and analyze the results and comments and develop action plans for improvement. Thanks again,
