1999 Proof Susan B. Anthony dollar coin. This is the proof SBA minted in Philadelphia and bears the "P" mintmark. Previously all Proof versions had been Struck at the San Francisco Mint. This coin was not included in the proof sets for 1999 and had to be purchased separately. My best guess was, the mint felt in 1999, collectors were getting a bargain with the 5 state quarters in the proof sets and thus decided not to include this dollar coin. Comes complete in original mint presentation case and certificate of authenticity.
