After you make a Google Document letter (see GDoc Letter video), you may wish to improve the formatting a little bit and share it with the letter coordinator.
For formatting we can:
wrap text around images rather than just centering the image like last time
alter text formatting. eg: bold, highlight, color, etc.
create links to URLs we wish to share. eg: our workplace
make ordered or unordered lists. aka: bullet points
create columns with tables

NOTE: Video is a little out-of-date. The sharing is a lot more simple now. You just drag-and-drop your Google Document letter into the correct directory in Google Drive.
