PVP Parties can be arranged for a fee depending on the number of guests:
small party (maximum of 10* guests) $65
medium party (maximum of 18 guests) $85
large party (maximum of 25 guests) $125
extra large parties (contact board member to discuss)
This fee includes up to 4-hour rental of covered picnic area, and lifeguards on duty during regular pool hours.
*If a children’s party, the guest count should include all non-PVP-member invitees. Adults accompanying their children do not need to be included UNLESS they plan to swim. If you are planning a teen or adult party the guest count should include ALL non-PVP-member invitees.
Private parties may be scheduled either during or after regular pool hours with the following exceptions:
No private parties during peak hours of 12-4 PM Saturday or Sunday or
No holidays
No private parties during scheduled PVP sponsored events
Parties should be scheduled at least four weeks in advance in order to insure proper lifeguard coverage.To schedule your party download the attached application and submit along with payment required to the pool attendant. The pool attendant will check the current party schedule, and will accept your application and payment if there is no scheduling conflict. NOTE: reservations for extra large parties must be considered and approved by the PVP Board.
In case of inclement weather on the day of the party, contact PVP at 732-7150 or contact one of the board members to reschedule.
