Guest Policy

Park Valley Pool welcomes guests of our active members!!

A few items of note:

• Daily guest fees are $5.00 per person (free for 3 and under) per daily visit. 

• A guest registration form will need to be completed and signed by the sponsoring member for each daily visit.

• A new guest registration form and $5.00 fee (per person) must be paid every day that a guest visits.

• Members are responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests.

• The sponsoring member must be present at the pool at all times while their guest(s) are on site. 

• Large groups of guests (>10) should be booked as a party.  This allows adequate lifeguard staffing to ensure a 1:25 ratio of guards to swimmers.  Park Valley Pool reserves the right to refuse any guests if the pool exceeds this 1:25 ratio. 

• Grandparents or other family members visiting the pool occasionally simply to watch their children play (not get into the water) are not required to pay a guest fee.

• Inactive Park Valley Pool members (those who have paid their Certificate of Ownership, but have not paid annual dues for the current season) may only visit the pool twice per season as a guest of an active Park Valley Pool member.

• The guest policy is not to be used by baby sitters or for those running a daycare service.  No exceptions to this rule.

If you have a friend or neighbor that is coming along as your guest please encourage them to consider membership at PVP! Our guest passes are not intended as a substitute for membership.  The Park Valley Pool Board reserves the right to refuse those who visit the pool regularly enough to warrant their own membership.
