We are all uplifted by the arts, and we specially thank the following artists who have donated their time in designing and decorating the altar, the ritual mats, and other items for Pagpugay at Pahingalay.

"Sanghabi" is a non-government organization which offers workshops, performances and conducts its own research on Philippine culture. They donated their services as musicians, served as our consultants for the rituals, and helped us make some of the instruments and ritual items used.
Member musicians who participated in the ritual were Leo Emmanuel Castro, Raymond Cosare, Geraldine Hidalgo, Jonald Morales (PSHS '88), and Melissa Cardenas (PSHS '94).
The ritual was co-facilitated by counseling psychologist Lyra Verzosa (PSHS '93).
Amihan Abueva, '75, made a quilt of native weaves with trade beads and T'boli bells, with colors inspired by the Philippine flag.
She said she would sometimes bump into tambaras at night when she was in Mindanao!
She has been awarded for her work against the sexual exploitation of children.
The PSHS Art Club and Mr. Eduardo V. Cipriano, Adviser
The Art Club painted floor tiles to be miniature banigs for the tambaritos, using the PSHS colors (fire colors) as palette. They also painted flame motiffs at the bottom of the wooden bowls.
